We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
How long does delivery take?

How much is shipping?
We offer free UK tracked shipping on all orders.
There are no additional shipping or handling fees unless stated at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, please email support@ariana-london.com with your order number as soon as possible.
- If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update or cancel it

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to follow your delivery status in real time.
Please note that tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. If you’re unable to locate your tracking details or need assistance, contact us at support@ariana-london.com with your order number.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and returned with original tags attached.
Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Who pays return postage?
- Change of mind:Â The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Faulty or incorrect items:Â We will arrange a return at no cost to you
This does not affect your statutory rights.
What if my item is faulty?
If your item is faulty or not as described, you have the right to a remedy under UK consumer law.
- Within 30 days of delivery, you may request a full refund
- After 30 days, we will offer a repair or replacement first
- If a repair or replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued
