Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.


How long does delivery take?

How much is shipping?

We offer free UK tracked shipping on all orders.

There are no additional shipping or handling fees unless stated at checkout.


Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, please email support@ariana-london.com with your order number as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update or cancel.


Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


Do you deliver to PO boxes or BFPO addresses?

At this time, we do not deliver to PO boxes or BFPO addresses. Please provide a valid UK residential or business address at checkout.


Will I be charged customs or import fees?

No. All orders are shipped within the UK, and there are no customs duties or import taxes for UK customers.


What happens if I enter the wrong address?

Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.


Do you deliver on weekends or bank holidays?

Deliveries typically occur on business days (Monday to Friday). Weekend and bank holiday deliveries depend on the courier and cannot be guaranteed.
